Aga Easy Demonstration with Lucy Young £95

 Lucy has worked with Mary Berry since 1990, testing recipes and teaching on Mary's courses. Mary describes her as "a truly exceptional cook". Lucy now does her own demonstrations although she still helps Mary with her tv and radio programmes. Lucy has also written three of her own books (signed copies will be available on the day) and regularly writes for Country Kitchen Magazine and The Aga Magazine.

 On Tuesday 11th November Lucy will teach guests just how easy the Aga is to cook with. She'll do eight dishes that cover different techniques with the Aga and different food for family or a dinner party. Throughout the demonstration she'll give hints and tips for Aga cooking, recipes and general cooking. The day will start at 10am with coffee and hand-made biscuits and the demonstration will start at 10.30am. At 12.30pm guests will have the chance to sample what Lucy has cooked and ask her questions before sitting down to a two course lunch with wine at 1.00pm. Guests will take away a copy of all the recipes Lucy's made during the demonstration. Groups are kept small so places are limited
